Lifecyle Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale our Email and SMS marketing programs across the full customer journey—from lead generation to retention and re-engagement. This role will be a key player in our marketing function, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Media to deliver high-conversion, customer-centric communications at scale. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and motivated to build automated systems that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build, launch, and manage email and SMS campaigns across the lifecycle funnel
- Develop segmentation strategies to personalize communication by customer stage
- Create nurture sequences, drip campaigns, re-engagement efforts, and transactional flows
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Sales on lead engagement strategies and marketing-to-sales handoff
- Work with Paid Media to ensure cohesive messaging across pre- and post-click experiences
- Partner with Analytics to measure performance and inform campaign iteration
Optimization & Growth
- Analyze funnel metrics and customer behaviors to inform A/B testing and message optimization
- Maintain and improve marketing automation workflows
- Test offers, messaging, and cadences to increase conversion and customer lifetime value
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong copywriting ability with a customer-centric voice
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and KPIs
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, media, and finance teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate, lending, financial services, or education
- Prior success building multi-touch journeys across marketing channels
- Familiarity with customer value modeling or LTV analysis

Compensation:
- Salary Range Starting (based on experience): $75,000
- Bonus: 10% (Target)
