Company Overview

Leverage Companies is a dynamic real estate private equity platform on a mission to create millionaires through real estate. We operate a vertically integrated ecosystem made up of three synergistic businesses:

  • Leverage Media – Our education and content platform that equips everyday investors with the knowledge, frameworks, and confidence to build wealth through real estate and entrepreneurship.

  • Embed values and cultural touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle

Compliance & Systems

  • Own core HR systems (currently Paychex and Greenhouse) and lead our transition to Rippling

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states and jurisdictions

  • Manage and scale policies around PTO, sick leave, benefits, and leave of absence

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and deliver HR dashboards that support data-driven decision-making

  • Monitor headcount, attrition, DEI metrics, and other KPIs for leadership visibility

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition

  • Proven track record as a high-performing member of an HR or People team and have 2-3 references that will support your high level performance

  • Ready to step into a leadership role and own the function end-to-end

  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, systems, and employee lifecycle best practices

  • Strong project management and implementation experience across HR systems

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high EQ

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment
