We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to help our clients grow through smart strategy, hands-on execution, and clear reporting. This role is primarily focused on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign creation, creative development, optimization, and performance analysis.
You’ll manage and optimize multiple accounts, monitor performance trends, and drive consistent month-over-month improvements using data-based decision-making. This role also requires creative execution using Canva to develop ad visuals and video assets. Experience with Google PPC is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads Management (Primary)
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple clients (lead generation, traffic, awareness, retargeting, etc.)
- Develop campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
- Continuously test creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to improve performance
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Manage retargeting strategies and full-funnel campaign setups
- Creative Development (Canva)
- Create ad creatives using Canva (static images, simple videos, variations for testing)
- Develop multiple creative versions for A/B testing
- Collaborate on messaging, hooks, and visual direction for campaigns
- Ensure creatives align with client branding and campaign goals
- Tracking, Reporting & Insights
- Monitor key metrics (leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, where applicable)
- Analyze campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities
- Make data-based optimization decisions to improve results
- Provide clear performance summaries and next steps
- Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend improvements
- Account Monitoring & Optimization at Scale
- Track performance across a large portfolio of client accounts
- Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and optimize accordingly
- Apply learnings and winning strategies across accounts
- Maintain consistent performance improvements over time
- Client Communication
- Share campaign insights and recommendations in clear, simple language
- Set expectations around performance, testing, and optimization timelines
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve results
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization strategies
- Experience creating ad creatives using Canva (images and basic video editing)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Clear communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads / Google PPC campaign management
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and pixels
- Experience with retargeting and full-funnel strategies
- Experience managing high-volume accounts
- A/B testing experience across creatives and audiences
Bonus Points
- Experience improving lead quality (not just volume)
- Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you’ll be juggling a lot of moving parts)
- Comfortable analyzing performance data at scale and translating it into clear action steps
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining results to clients
- Working knowledge of key marketing tools and dashboards (and the curiosity to dig in and troubleshoot)
