Position Summary 

 

 

Edge Right is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Production Associates – Welding & Fabrication.

This position plays an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations, with a strong emphasis on welding, metal fabrication, finishing, and assembly of high-quality metal landscaping products. Additional responsibilities include packaging, material handling, and assisting with production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates with welding experience, certifications, or metal fabrication skills are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

• Assist with manufacturing and assembly of metal products.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely.
• Move materials and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals and follow company procedures.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Manufacturing or labor experience preferred.
• Welding experience a plus.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.

 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Work safely around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

 

This is a full-time position, with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
