Role Overview:
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage and execute the receipt, storage, distribution, and shipping of Lexington Medical products. This is a full-time temporary position with potential to convert to a regular full-time role.
The hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, stage, and deliver parts for production orders
- Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Maintain First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management for both raw materials and finished goods
- Receive incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition; record transactions in the MRP system
- Document and report any damaged materials or quantity discrepancies
- Deliver received parts to proper storage locations
- Pull devices from finished goods to fulfill customer orders
- Pack customer orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping
- Prepare shipping documentation (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in other departments as necessary
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to manipulate small parts.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, and carry
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
Qualifications & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of warehouse experience preferred; regulated industry experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math, computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- ERP and/or MRP system experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience operating material handling equipment a plus
Hourly Rate
$21 - $21 USD
