We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Systems Analyst to own system and process improvements across the organization. This role will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimizing enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst will take ownership of data analysis and reporting, providing critical insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive strategic improvements in business systems and processes, aligning technology with company goals.
  • Lead system upgrades and transformations to enhance scalability and long-term efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for system enhancements, prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Establish and manage data governance to improve business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with executives to translate business challenges into system innovations.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts, integrating new technologies for a competitive edge.
  • Promote continuous improvement through automation, best practices, and data-driven strategies.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform future technology and innovation strategies.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role. 
  • Proven ability to own and lead system and process improvement initiatives. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, visualization, and business intelligence tools. 
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting platforms. 
  • Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
