
Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This person will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material flow from external vendors to final inventory storage. They will coordinate with internal teams to maintain compliance with SOPs and quality standards, while also leading and developing a small team of warehouse associates.
Standard hours are either 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required based on deliveries and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, fulfillment, inventory, material movement, storage, and maintenance.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with SalesOps.
- Ensure smooth material flow from arrival through storage in collaboration with internal teams.
- Enforce SOPs and quality standards; maintain accurate paperwork, system updates, and reporting.
- Resolve and report shipping, documentation, labeling, and fulfillment discrepancies.
- Optimize material staging and storage for space and safety compliance.
- Schedule labor and prioritize daily warehouse activities.
- Lead inventory cycle counts and participate in weekly stand-up meetings.
- Train and onboard new associates; instruct on systems, policies, and procedures.
- Drive and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator with a hands-on, team-oriented leadership style.
- Proficient in MS Office; solid math and computer skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially inventory management (preferred).
- Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight) and warehouse or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and work in a cleanroom (both a plus).
