This is a full-time temporary position with potential to convert to full-time regular employee.

The hours for this position are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. 

Responsibilities:

  • Pick parts for production orders.
  • Perform cycle counts.
  • Maintain first in, first out (FIFO) of both raw materials and finished goods.
  • Receive deliveries, accurately count contents and enter data into MRP system.
  • Document damaged shipments and quantity discrepancies.
  • Deliver received parts to proper storage locations.
  • Pull devices from finished goods to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack customer orders carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Prepare shipping documentation (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in other departments as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to manipulate small parts.
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift, carry.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail is imperative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic mathematics and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize varying demands for time.
  • Medical device or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.
