We’re building a brand-new operation around AI-powered digital staff and you’ll design, launch, and run the system that makes it work. This isn’t a support role. You’ll coordinate people and AI staffers, streamline delivery, and make sure our clients see measurable success fast.

About You

You’ve spent 5–10 years in fast paced environment, building and running a product with a lean team. You’ve worn multiple hats—keeping systems up 24/7, scaling operations from the ground up, and driving results without relying on heavy process or PMO frameworks. You thrive in fast-moving environments, handling everything from customer delivery to process automation. As a player-coach, you jump seamlessly between fixing production issues, organizing schedules, and improving systems—focusing on execution, not just oversight.

About The Job

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver the business results: lead both human and digital staff so customer goals are always met.
  2. Build and scale the machine: design and own delivery and discovery processes, recruit and manage distributed resources, coordinate schedules, and keep clients in sync.
  3. Translate needs into action: partner with Outcome Architects to understand customer goals and deliver digital staff that move the needle.
  4. Keep AI ops smooth: digital staff tuned, issues handled quickly, and results tracked and reported like clockwork.
