Superintelligence Lab은 Frontier Lab의 SOTA AI기술과 coding agent가 뛰어난 엔지니어 한 명의 생산성 및 개발 방식 자체를 어디까지 확장할 수 있는지 실제 프로젝트를 통해 탐구하고자 합니다. 단순히 기존 API연결을 통한 서비스 제작이 아닌, 최신 AI기술을 자신의 workflow에 깊숙이 통합해 개발 생산성과 컨트롤 및 오너쉽을 극대화하는 엔지니어를 대상으로 특별 프로젝트 채용 프로그램을 운영합니다. 단순히 더 빠르게 코딩하는 것을 넘어, 에이전트를 자신의 workflow에 적극적으로 통합해research에서 production까지 새로운 engineering 방식 자체를 함께 만들어보고 싶은 분​들을 찾습니다.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Backend / Full-Stack Engineers — Engineers who can architect and build robust AI systems end-to-end, from system design and core infrastructure through production deployment.
2. Frontend / Product Engineers — Engineers who can turn frontier AI capabilities into compelling products, owning the experience from implementation through UI/UX and product design.
3. Research-Minded Builders — Engineers and exceptional builders who understand emerging research, experimenting with new approaches, and turning them into working systems. Exceptional outliers are also welcome.

Preferred Qualifications

• Production-Grade Track Record — Proven ability to build and ship high-quality products or systems that operate reliably in production.
• AI-Native / Token-Maxing Workflow — Uses LLMs, coding agents, automation, and parallel workflows to maximize engineering productivity while maintaining deep technical understanding and ownership.
• Experience Level — We welcome strong engineers across experience levels, including Senior and Staff-level candidates.
