The Opportunity:
The ThinQ Platform Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of the LG ThinQ App. This position involves utilizing customer engagement metrics, feedback, and data analysis to identify actionable areas for improvement. The role demands expertise in data analysis, a deep understanding of customer service strategies, and proficiency in data visualization tools to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Support the overall customer service operations of the ThinQ Platform by focusing on expanding the user base and enhancing customer experience through Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis.
- Serve as the liaison between headquarters and customer service to ensure seamless communication for ThinQ App enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets from various sources, including customer calls, app reviews, survey data, etc., to derive meaningful insights and identify trends.
- Design and develop data analytics solutions to drive user engagement and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Create compelling and interactive visualizations to effectively communicate insights to partners, stakeholders, and business leadership.
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize operational results on a weekly, monthly, and periodic basis for key stakeholders, including reports, specifications, instructions, and workflows.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience pertinent to the position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, BigQuery, Looker, etc.
