The Opportunity:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing professional services projects. This role requires a strong knowledge of Digital Signage and AV systems, as well as the ability to drive project success through strategic planning, effective team management, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, scheduling, resource allocation, and facilitating communication with clients and internal teams. The Project Manager ensures all project documentation is up to date, timelines are met, and project-related activities are organized efficiently to achieve successful integration project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and instruction to subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion, including regular meetings, site visits, and closeout activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to project schedules, budgets, and documentation, maintaining key departmental controls within the online project management system.
- Oversee the full execution of assigned projects from initiation to closeout, including installation, engineering, and training.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to job sites according to project schedules.
- Communicate with LG Sales and Service teams to confirm delivery dates, verify product specifications, and resolve logistical challenges.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of project milestones, deadlines, and schedule changes.
- Maintain accurate and current project documentation, such as contracts, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Ensure all projects comply with OSHA regulations, meet specifications, stay within budget and timeline, and satisfy customer expectations.
- Manage and secures General Contractor licenses required for projects and business in relevant states or cities.
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience in retail construction, design management, or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
- CTS-D (Design) and/or CTS-I (Installation)
- State-Level General Contractor’s License (must be active)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- ITIL Certification
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a construction environment.
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in confined spaces, as required by the project.
- Ability to lift and carry project-related materials and equipment as needed.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
