The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Korean bilingual, strategic, and data-savvy Voice of the Customer Analyst to join our team in a highly visible role supporting senior leadership. This position will focus on delivering impactful business insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across multiple departments. You will play a key role in analyzing customer data, identifying pain points, and helping to shape meaningful process improvements that directly support business goals and elevate the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business reports for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable findings for ongoing projects and initiatives
- Conduct operational analysis by collecting, measuring, and evaluating data and trends related to departmental activities and performance
- Identify drivers of operational variance and recommend tactical responses to improve business outcomes
- Leverage big data to analyze customer communication patterns and behaviors to support the design of more effective consultation methods and performance strategies
- Collaborate closely with senior business development leaders and field service teams, requiring strong analytical thinking and effective cross-functional communication
- Champion continuous improvement by simplifying and automating planning processes in partnership with analytics teams, using data-driven insights to guide enhancements
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
- This position is based onsite in Huntsville, AL
Recruiting Range
$53,000 - $63,000 USD
