Summary
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales through various channel partners, such as retailers, distributors, and resellers. Focus on building relationships with these partners, have a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing and experience developing and integrating 360 marketing campaigns. In this role, the candidate will lead co-marketing initiatives, manage paid media campaigns with and through partners, and design scalable demand gen (paid and organic) programs to accelerate channel performance.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute channel-specific marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives and marketing strategy.
- Building and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact for marketing initiatives, and ensuring their success.
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans with channel partners focused on pipeline generation, leveraging digital and paid media tactics.
- Develop and collaborate with marketing, sales, retailer merchants’ teams on full funnel strategies and execution of new product introduction and promotional events
- Design, manage and reconcile MDF budgets (Market Development Funds) or co-op programs that support paid advertising and measurable demand generation activities while maximizing ROI.
- Work with sales/shopper and retailer merchants for all in-store POP and display; manages all in-store and promotional materials
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns in collaboration with partners and internal digital teams.
- Online sales management and optimization of Home Solutions and Media Solutions products across retailer.com
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of marketing programs and online metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
- Consistently monitor competitive products and promotions to set benchmarks and improve LG’s product performance
- Coordinate with content, creative, and product marketing teams to produce campaign assets that resonate with target audiences and comply with brand standards.
- Build scalable partner demand generation frameworks and toolkits to enable global/local partner marketing activation.
- On-going evaluation of current platforms and new tools to monitor and evaluate insights, trends, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required.
- 7+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related role is usually necessary.
- Strong understanding of channel marketing principles and partner relationship dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- 4–6 years of experience in channel/partner marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing paid media and digital campaigns with quantifiable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

$85,000 - $115,000 USD
