- Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service to ensure alignment.
- Lead a small team of logistics and analytics professionals; set direction and coach for results.
- Support contract review, rate benchmarking, and cost-reduction planning with logistics vendors.
- Drive special initiatives such as predictive stocking models, system upgrades, or vendor transitions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, customer SLAs, and relevant transportation regulations.
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
- Fluent in Korean and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain analytics with a strong focus on performance tracking and reporting.

- Skilled in creating and delivering executive-level presentations and performance summaries using PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with TMS, ERP, or WMS systems, especially in generating reports and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with freight audit/reconciliation, cost analysis, and carrier performance reviews.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to coach a small team and collaborate effectively across Procurement, Operations, and Finance.
