Summary

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Manager to support analytics initiatives and elevate data storytelling across our digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and digital experience, shaping how we translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership, merchandising, marketing, and product teams. As part of the Analytics team, you’ll partner closely with marketing, media, e-commerce, and product stakeholders to drive a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, digital performance, and marketing effectiveness across LG.com and other owned digital properties. This individual will provide end-to-end reporting and analytics support as part of the Digital Analytics team to drive growth and optimizations of site merchandising, promotions, functionality, and the overall website experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong data analytics background, with a focus on web analytics within ecommerce and media. This will be a hands-on role helping to build new/maintain existing dashboards, conduct strategic analyses, generate insights from a variety of data types (behavioral, transactional, VOC, etc.)  and support the optimization of our overall digital presence. The role will be hands-on analyzing data to drive insights, while bridging advanced analytical techniques with clear narrative communication to stakeholders of all levels.

 

Responsibilities

  • The primary focus is proactively developing insights on website user behavior and media performance to drive growth and efficiency
  • Lead advanced analyses spanning conversion optimization, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and customer journey insights
  • Develop and present regular reports on key metrics, performance trends and user engagement to stakeholders
  • Operationalize multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, advanced media measurement for media and site experience
  • Conduct strategic analyses to measure the ROI and impact of site enhancements, merchandising, media strategy and promotions
  • Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards related to website user behavior, media performance, sales, promotions, merchandising and performance with a focus on enabling self-service analytics and driving data democratization
  • Proactively identify website optimization opportunities that can drive testing and site enhancement roadmaps
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques (regression analysis, clustering, causal inference, etc.), for forecasting, promotion effectiveness, price elasticity, media spend optimization, segmentation, anomaly detection, and measuring incremental impact of changes
  • Build clear, visually aligned Tableau dashboards for stakeholders across e-commerce, marketing, and product teams
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark website performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide insights to support their objectives
  • Translate analytical findings into concise executive summaries with actionable recommendations
  • Train and support team members and cross-functional teams to support self-service analytics

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in an analytics role, specifically within an ecommerce and/or media team
  • Experience with statistical modeling or predictive analytics concepts (regression analysis, clustering, causal inference, etc.)
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in media platforms such as DV360, SA360, Meta, CM360, Google Ads, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL to extract, join, and manipulate large datasets
  • Working experience with Python or R for large scale data analysis
  • Advanced Tableau (or equivalent) proficiency, with proven ability to design executive-facing dashboards and insight decks
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
  • Experience in testing/experimental concepts in ecommerce and media (i.e. incrementality testing)
  • Strong skills within Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize insights across multiple teams (merchandising, product, media, etc.)
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of distilling data into clear, persuasive business narratives

$140,000 - $175,000 USD
