Be with the Industry Innovation Leader

We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, GA as part of the LG Air Conditioning Technologies Marketing Team!

 

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of LG Air Conditioning Technologies (ACT), the Director of Marketing will set the strategic vision and lead the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that support the company’s short-, mid-, and long-term growth objectives. This role is responsible for defining the overall marketing direction for LG ACT in the U.S. residential and commercial markets.

The Director of Marketing will develop and lead best-in-class integrated marketing communications across traditional, digital, and partner channels to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and profitable growth. This individual will oversee brand strategy, product and channel marketing, media, PR, and digital platforms, while ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across all customer touchpoints.

As a senior marketing leader, the Director will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and dealer/distributor partners, serving as a key internal and external representative of the LG brand.

Campaign, Program & Channel Oversight

Launch and execute national and regional product-focused marketing campaigns.  Capture ROI for campaigns to gauge effectiveness.

Serve as Marketing leader for critical customer facing technology platforms - LG Air Conditioning Technologies website, Salesforce.com and other related systems or vendors

Execute trade shows, virtual events, webinars, and industry programs effectively.

Budget & Resource Management

Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing budget.

Allocate resources effectively across priorities and initiatives.

Evaluate and manage agency, media, and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, preferably with major consumer durable goods brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong expertise in brand, channel, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in product marketing and marketing communications preferred.
  • Proven success managing complex initiatives across agencies, internal teams, and distributor partners.
  • Demonstrated B2B marketing experience in a relationship-driven (non-transactional) model.
  • Strong track record of collaboration with sales organizations.
  • Experience managing budgets across advertising, PR, creative services, and production.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to coach, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Approximately 30% travel.

Recruiting Range

$175,000 - $190,000 USD
