Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical, business-minded Senior Manager of Marketing Systems & Web Operations to serve as the structural backbone of our technology infrastructure and digital storefront. In this hybrid leadership role, you will be responsible for running, integrating, and optimizing our commercial platforms to support a multi-channel B2B commercial model encompassing Channel Sales, Vertical Sales, and Product Business Lines.
The ideal candidate looks beyond simple tools administration; you understand the core mechanics of B2B revenue engines—how buying groups operate, how multi-layered account lifecycles are managed, and how technical infrastructure directly accelerates sales pipelines. Your primary mandate is to architect a resilient, highly automated marketing technology ecosystem that directly improves pipeline velocity, eliminates integration friction, and removes "single points of failure" across our technical footprint.

Intended Business Outcomes & Key Results
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive tangible business performance, including:
  • Airtight Routing Accuracy: Zero-latency lead-to-account mapping and programmatic routing that accelerates lead time-to-SDR for high-intent accounts.
  • Enhanced Data Quality: Clean, enriched, and standardized contact and account profiles that give the commercial organization a unified view of target buying groups.
  • Minimized Integration Friction: A highly resilient sync engine with significantly reduced integration failure rates, background data backlogs, and sync dropouts.
  • Maximized Platform Utilization: Eliminating technical debt by extracting full value out of our existing software investments before sourcing new vendors.
  • Agile Campaign Deployment: Streamlining the content and data ingestion supply chain so our execution teams can deploy fast, responsive multi-channel campaigns.
Core Disciplines & Strategic Priorities

1. MarTech Architecture & Operations
  • Technical Administration: Serve as the primary technical administrator for our core marketing automation and CRM infrastructure. Own the data synchronization loop, field mapping, and execution canvas between Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM, ensuring absolute database health and integration stability.
  • Ecosystem Governance: Oversee the data pipelines connecting adjacent commercial tools (Sales Engagement, Content Experience, and Event Management platforms) into the core database.
  • Operational Resiliency & De-Risking: Build a sustainable operating model that reduces key-person dependency. You are directly accountable for creating and maintaining comprehensive architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), clear data dictionaries, and cross-training frameworks to eliminate institutional "single points of failure."
2. Technical Web Operations & Engineering
  • Technical Web Governance: Act as the internal technical owner, administrator, and gatekeeper of our corporate web properties. Oversee domain/DNS architecture via GoDaddy, server hosting setups, security protocols, and technical SEO compliance.
  • Data Ingestion & Tracking Architecture: Architect the installation and maintenance of script tracking tags, data cookies, and conversion pixels across the website. Manage backend webhooks and forms architecture (Typeform) to ensure front-end traffic captures intent data and routes it cleanly into the CRM.
  • Contractor Quality Control: Act as the technical project manager and filter for external graphic design or front-end contractors, translating marketing requirements into execution instructions and validating code quality.
3. Revenue & Data Operations
  • B2B Data Orchestration: Build and manage automated programmatic data "waterfalls" to ingest, scrub, and enrich incoming database signals. Automate the identification and mapping of multi-person enterprise buying committees within target accounts.
  • Strategic Data Ingestion: Design data staging pipelines to process, deduplicate, and clean target accounts and lists delivered by external growth agencies, ensuring database integrity is maintained before records hit the sales environment.
  • B2B Measurement Frameworks: Partner with our internal Budget Manager to configure multi-touch revenue attribution and performance metrics across the funnel, tying multi-channel campaign spend and Market Development Funds (MDF) to pipeline outcomes.
4. AI-Assisted Web & Application Development
  • Rapid Tool Prototyping: Utilize modern, full-stack AI-assisted rapid development platforms (specifically Lovable) to prototype, iterate, and deploy custom web components, interactive widgets, or dynamic landing pages, minimizing third-party agency execution hours.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Experience in a highly technical B2B Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Web Systems Administration role.
  • Mandatory Platform Proficiency: Hands-on, advanced administrator-level experience managing Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM, with explicit expertise deploying the Eloqua-Salesforce Integration App, matching logic, and custom routing workflows.
  • Core Capability Competencies: Proven experience solving business challenges leveraging marketing technology across core categories: data enrichment, data orchestration, lead and account lifecycle management, sales handoff automation, and pipeline measurement.
  • B2B Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of how technology decisions interface with account structures, demand generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and channel-sourced demand. Ability to present technical recommendations through the lens of business outcomes to win organizational buy-in.
  • System Documentation Discipline: Demonstrated track record of translating complex technical configurations into clean, visual architecture maps and actionable SOPs.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
