  • Prepare quality reports, including field return analysis, warranty claim reporting, testing results, findings, and corrective actions.
  • Serve as the primary quality contact for assigned customer accounts, responding to quality concerns and providing technical recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal Quality Assurance, Sales Engineering, and global engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve product and customer quality issues.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to testing procedures, analytical methods, product quality, and manufacturing or assembly processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality and manufacturing efficiency while reducing quality-related costs.
  • Participate in quality meetings with customers, internal teams, manufacturing locations, and headquarters to communicate findings and coordinate improvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, test results, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Prioritize urgent customer quality matters and initiate appropriate actions while coordinating with management and global quality teams as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
