Partner Solutions Associate
About us
Liberis is on a mission to supercharge the power of small businesses all over the world - delivering the financial products they need to grow through a network of global partners.
Before all else, Liberis is a technology company, connecting finance with small businesses.
We use data to help partners understand their customers’ real time needs and tech to offer tailor-made funding and financial products. Empowering small businesses to grow and keep their independent spirit alive is central to our vision.
Up to now we have funded almost 40,000 small businesses with over $1.5bn - but we believe there is much more to be done.
The team
The Partner Solutions team sits under the umbrella of Go-To-Market & Strategic Partnerships, alongside the Strategic Partnerships and the Partner Operations teams. Our overall mission is to supercharge our growth and ensure lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. This means we don’t only set out to delight our merchants with a fast and seamless funding experience but also our partners with a smooth onboarding and ongoing product innovation rolled out to their platforms.
The role
The Partner Solutions Associate will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong, successful relationships between Liberis and its partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
By focusing on the needs and motivations of our partners, you will help ensure we design and deliver solutions that align with their goals. As a Partner Solutions Associate, you'll play a key role in identifying win-win opportunities and ensuring that Liberis and its partners can grow together.
With an ambitious product roadmap aimed at building the market-leading partner offering in revenue-based finance by 2025, you'll play a critical role in bringing innovative products to life within our partnerships.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to apply their skills and build their career in the fast-paced embedded finance space. You don’t need years of experience—just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for making an impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Onboarding & Integration: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. As the point-person internally and externally, you will maintain a source of truth of the status of key workstreams. Provide guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Product Innovation Delivery: Work closely with the product team to design new product features to the mutual benefit of Liberis, our partners, and our merchants. Lead the adoption of new solutions, ensuring they meet partner requirements and drive maximum value for both parties.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise between internal teams and external partners to ensure effective collaboration. Present product solutions, updates, and roadmaps to partners, and gather feedback to inform product development.
What we think you’ll need
- Some experience or exposure to partner management, customer success, or solution delivery—either through work experience, internships, or university projects.
- Interest in financial technology and an eagerness to learn about embedded finance, revenue-based finance, or related financial products.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships both internally and externally.
- A proactive mindset with a solutions-focused approach to challenges.
- Project coordination or organisational skills, with an interest in learning how to lead technical integrations and manage cross-functional teams.
- A strategic thinker who enjoys problem-solving and identifying opportunities for growth.
