The team

The Senior Engineering leadership team comprises managers who report into the VP of Technology. Collectively, they execute on the organisations goals, working closely with senior Product leaders, and set the technical direction for our engineering teams.

The role

The products represent a portfolio with a set of key targets, both financial and customer facing. You’ll need to re-allocate capacity across the products based on our yearly and half yearly targets to ensure teams are set up properly for success, while ensuring we are building enough optionality to address our longer term goals.

  • Managing tech leads and/or managers of engineering teams.
  • Accountable for the overall technical direction of our key revenue driving products
  • Implementing aspects of the org wide engineering strategy
  • Executing against our company goals across multiple engineering teams
  • Creating opportunities for learning and career progression for engineers.

What we think you’ll need

  • Experience managing multiple engineering teams or squads, including implementing ways of working and planning.
  • Have launched financial products in previous roles.
  • Be truly customer focused, and show that you are constantly keeping in touch with what end users think and need.
  • Experience in a scaleup environment, where the opportunity landscape is fast changing

Our hybrid approach

Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better, and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
