The team
The Commercial Partnerships team drives growth by owning the commercial performance of our partners and running the day‑to‑day partner relationship and governance. We collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk and Operations to hit revenue targets and ensure operational excellence.
The role
As Partner Growth Manager, you will support the commercial outcomes for a portfolio of partners across UKI & Europe. You’ll help manage the operating rhythm with partners (MBRs/QBRs), contribute to data-driven initiatives that unlock growth, and work with cross-functional teams to improve KPIs, optimise performance, and deliver an excellent partner and SMB experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Commercial support: Contribute to origination and revenue growth; monitor and track key levers that drive unit economics (conversion, approval rates, time-to-fund, renewal mix).
- Partner governance & relationship management: Support the day-to-day partner relationship; help prepare and participate in Monthly Business Reviews and operational meetings; monitor SLAs and escalate issues.
- Ownership of growing partners: You will be given the opportunity to work directly with smaller partners, being given larger partners as you develop and prove yourself.
- Account planning & forecasting: Assist in building and maintaining joint partner account plans with quarterly targets and initiatives; support accurate commercial forecasts in collaboration with Analytics/Finance.
- Growth initiatives & GTM: Contribute to initiatives that expand adoption and performance (e.g., funnel optimisations, renewal programmes, pricing tests); partner with Partner Marketing on campaigns and content.
- Product & delivery alignment: Capture partner needs and translate them into clear requirements; collaborate with Product/Tech on roadmap priorities and readiness for launches.
- Data, reporting & insights: Support reporting cadence and dashboard maintenance; use insights to recommend improvements to partner performance.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk and Operations to keep programmes on track and aligned with SLAs.
What we think you’ll need
- Experience in embedded finance, payments, ISVs or other fintech/SMB-focused sectors.
- Background in partnerships, account management, or commercial roles with measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Good commercial acumen and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
