About the role:
As the Visual Designer working across the Product and the Marketing teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and developing engaging visual designs. Our recent rebrand gave us an entirely new visual identity, and all of the ingredients for highly polished, creative, impactful marketing and visual solutions. You will work with cross functionally to create designs that bring our business strategies to life.
This is your opportunity to further shape the Liberis brand, with your work playing a critical part in how we show up in the world and win strategic global partners.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with the Product Marketing and Brand team to create engaging content for campaigns, web pages, product visuals, social media assets, video creation (storyboarding and art direction), and event materials.
- Collaborating with Business Development teams to shape visually compelling stories, delivering creative executions across a range of formats and materials.
- Solving communication challenges through creative visual storytelling, turning complex propositions into clear, engaging solutions, creating graphics that bring our products to life and evolve our brand.
- Maintaining the Liberis visual identity, acting as a brand guardian and ensuring consistency across all brand touch-points.

- Face-to-face task based interview with the team
What we think you need:
- Strong visual & graphic design skills, with adaptability across a range of mediums, weighting towards digital design and web applications
- Experience in creating campaign visuals, marketing assets, video storyboarding, and art direction.
- Proven ability to translate creative concepts into web experiences, including web pages and digital campaigns.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling designs.
- Experience creating designs that evolve a brand’s visual identity.
- Attention to detail and consistency in maintaining brand guidelines across all touch points.
- Portfolio demonstrating polished, creative, and impactful marketing and brand work.
- Confident in managing stakeholder expectations, effectively presenting design concepts and executing within time constraints.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
