Please Note:
This is an in-person role based in our Southlake, TX office.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including deliverables, vendor services, and pre/post-show surveys
  • Distribute event details and manage special requests for each show
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with associations and third-party vendors
  • Support execution of show-related marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
  • Represent Liberty Software at local, state, and national trade shows as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, or event coordination, or other transferable roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Zoho or Salesforce also relevant)
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to meet KPIs
  • Confident phone presence and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Collaborative team player with a sense of urgency and can-do attitude
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% including a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain auto insurance as required by law.
