- Prototype flows, concepts, and interactions
- Write front-end code that is clean and functionally sound
- Be flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed throughout the design and development process to ensure the project is successfully executed

- Experience designing modern, responsive web experiences that include ecommerce / purchase flows
- A strong design portfolio of relevant work
- A deep understanding of systems thinking; you see how all the parts fit together and how small changes cascade throughout the system
- Strong knowledge of web best practices across both Design and Engineering
- You love collaborating and you are able to take ownership when needed
- You thrive in a highly iterative process that involves listening, adapting, moving fast, and incorporating feedback along the way
Mastery of HTML & CSS and thorough knowledge of a JS framework, like React—as well as CSS frameworks like Tailwind, and libraries like Framer Motion
- A passion for creating delightful details (such as micro-animations and interactions) and an understanding of how to implement them appropriately
- Proficiency in common design tools such as Figma
