About The Team

Life360 Ads is actively recruiting for a Sr. Account Executive, Agency to drive business growth in our recently founded advertising team. Life360 Ads matches our members with brands that improve everyday family life, generating results for our partners and great experiences for our end users. Life360 is the 13th largest mobile app as measured in DAU (daily active users) - just behind Amazon.  Our members open the app on average 5x per day, and we are growing our user base ~30% annually.  In our first year of operation, we have laid the product and commercial foundations for brands to use our always-on location signals and family intelligence to drive results. We have launched flagship products, aimed at marketers that care about IRL (in real life) outcomes such as store visits. We operate with collaborative and contagious startup energy inside an established 18 year old publicly traded company. About the Job

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive, Agency to be a pivotal player on our recently formed Large Customer Sales team. This is a "hunter" role with a strong focus on prospecting and breaking new business. You will be a strategic partner to large agency holding companies and their clients, primarily within the Retail, QSR, Travel and verticals that depend on real world visitation.

Your mission is to understand the core business challenges of your clients and to design and sell innovative advertising solutions that leverage Life360's unique data and platform. You will be the architect of new partnerships, driving revenue growth and establishing Life360 as an essential partner for our client's success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Proactively hunt for new business, manage the complete sales pipeline, and close deals with leading brands and their agencies.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, influential relationships with key decision-makers at major agency holding companies (e.g., WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu) and their clients.
  • Serve as a Trusted Consultant: Deliver compelling, insight-led sales presentations that articulate the clear value of Life360's advertising solutions in solving client challenges.
  • Master of Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with a focus on creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate effectively with internal teams across Ad Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless campaign delivery and exceptional client service.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and your client's evolving needs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in a digital media sales "hunter" role.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in selling to large advertising agencies and direct clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and a strong history of personal and professional achievement.
  • Extensive experience and a robust network within the Retail, QSR, and/or Travel industries.
  • A network of relevant brand and agency contacts.
  • Expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including mobile, programmatic advertising, and location-based data.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative and resourceful mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for our product and a strong desire to win.

As an early member of our advertising team, you will have agency to shape how our platform evolves to address the outcomes advertisers are seeking. You will also be a passionate advocate for improving everyday family life and the role that brands can play to reduce friction and deliver value. You must possess an entrepreneurial, client-centric mindset that will foster market responsiveness as agency client needs shift. Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of existing business, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, meeting and exceeding quotas, as well as ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration to deliver client outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of existing business with the help of our broader team, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, while managing quotas and budgets. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue in the agency channel, with a strong ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.

The US-based salary range for this position is $134,500 - $197,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package will also include quarterly bonuses based on target achievement, equity and a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
