About The Team

We are seeking a Client Success Manager, in our fast-growing team. Client Success Managers are an integral part of the Sales organization and provide the foundation for rapid growth and client retention. They work closely with brand and agency clients to determine how we can best serve their needs, capture the attention of consumers and create innovative and compelling native advertising campaigns that deliver results.

What You'll Do

Serve as the main point of contact, owning the client relationship from insertion order receipt to campaign completion with an end-goal of client growth and retention 

  • Educate clients on how native advertising and the Nativo platform can contribute to campaign success, business goals and overall digital strategy
  • Partner with Sales to retain and grow accounts, strategizing on upsell and incremental tactics
  • Manage the campaign-launch process (IO processing, asset collection, content creation and third-party tag implementation) and client relationships
  • Work cross-functionally with Content, Campaign Operations, and Analytics to deliver custom solutions, optimizations, and rich analyses to clients
  • Assemble and present post-campaign reports, articulating the data story into actionable insights and future recommendations
  • Assist with the development of strategy of pre-sale plans for renewal account
  • Accurately identify, replicate, and document product and process enhancements
  • Develop a thorough understanding of internal process, team member responsibilities,and internal timelines so services can be accurately and effectively given to clients

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience as an account or media person at an advertising/creative agency, publisher, adtech, or other media property

  • Interest in strategizing with and presenting to clients/agencies and building Sales skills
  • Experience with analyzing data sets to extract meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making
  • Exposure/usage and understanding of the digital media ecosystem and advertising technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate deep relationships with clients
  • Resourceful, quick-witted, and able to effectively troubleshoot internally and externally 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environments
  • Knowledge of and experience with creative design, messaging, and marketing to brand

KPIs

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience analyzing data from platforms such as DoubleClick, Atlas, MediaMind,

Radian6, Google Analytics

  • Comfort with Google Drive, Excel, and PowerPoint a must
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills 
  • BA/BS required

 

As an early member of the newly integrated advertising team from Life360 and Nativo, you will have agency to shape how our platform evolves to address the outcomes advertisers are seeking. You will also be a passionate advocate for improving everyday family life and the role that brands can play to reduce friction and deliver value. You must possess an entrepreneurial, client-centric mindset that will foster market responsiveness as agency client needs shift. Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of existing business, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, meeting and exceeding quotas, as well as ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration to deliver client outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include driving the growth of existing business with the help of our broader team, identifying and cultivating new opportunities, while managing quotas and budgets. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with a demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue in the agency channel, with a strong ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.

The US-based salary range for this position is $94,000- $109,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package will also include quarterly bonuses based on target achievement, equity and a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
