About Life360

Life360’s mission is to keep people close to the ones they love. Our category-leading mobile app, Tile tracking devices, and Pet GPS tracker empower members to protect the people, pets, and things they care about most with a range of services, including location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection with emergency dispatch. Life360 serves approximately 97.8 million monthly active users (MAU), as of March 31, 2026, across more than 180 countries.

Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. By continuing to innovate and deliver for our customers, we have become a household name and the must-have mobile-based membership for families (and those friends who are basically family).

Life360 has more than 500 (and growing!) remote-first employees. For more information, please visit life360.com.

Life360 is a Remote-First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. This role is based in Brazil, and we are specifically targeting candidates in the São Paulo metro area to enable regular in-person collaboration with local teammates.

We are AI Native

We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.

Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.

About The Team

This role will work in the International operating group on initiatives spanning engineering, product, partnership, finance, legal and other teams. The International operating group is responsible for scaling Life360 outside of the United States across multiple dimensions: product, monetization, partnerships, and customer empathy and understanding. This is a high-visibility, high-leverage role that requires someone who can operate at the intersection of deep customer empathy, strategic product thinking and end-to-end business frameworks, working across the entire organization to raise the quality bar for everything we ship and sell.

About the Job

Life360 is used by families in moments that matter: tracking a teenager's first drive, checking in on an aging parent, knowing everyone made it home. The platform that powers those moments has to be bulletproof. We are looking for a seasoned product leader with a strong point of view on how to make that happen.

As Principal Product Manager II for International, you'll own the strategy that keeps expanding Life360 to hundreds of millions of users. You will own ideating new features that our International customers require, you will dive deep to understand and evaluate new markets we should invest in, you will define the metrics that prove the product market fit for what you have built, and you will drive alignment across engineering and leadership to get there. This is a strategic and execution role since you will define strategy but also support the execution of that strategy. You will see your work, in partnership with engineering, ship into the hands of customers. You will take their feedback and iterate to make Life360 a success in International markets. You will also be responsible for identifying partnerships to help get Life360’s customer value into the hands of more customers. You will work directly for the GM of International and partner closely with senior engineering, marketing, and commercialization leadership to build the right products and partnerships for our customers. This is currently an individual contributor role. This role is a full-time CLT position, employed through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner in Brazil.

What You’ll Do

  • Get ahead of growth, not behind it. Identify where we need to invest to continue to grow our International customer base. You are the end to end strategic thinker who needs to think across marketing, partnerships, product and commercialization to make sure we are firing on all cylinders and meeting the needs of all of our International customers.
  • Invent the future. You are the inventor of the new features that we will introduce in our International markets. Customers will come to depend on what you build and you will use customer feedback to continue to innovate for their benefit.
  • Learn deeply about customers. We have a diverse set of customers who are using our product differently. You will work to understand their requirements as well as build delighters that they may not even have thought they needed. You will have a set of customers as your cabinet to run ideas by so you can get rapid feedback and iterate.
  • Drive commercialization at scale. While many of our customers use the free product, we have an opportunity to build more value in our paid products to drive the mix shift towards more paying customers. You are on the forefront of figuring out what resonates, how we monetize and how we retain our customers who buy from us.
  • Grow the ecosystem. You will assess the different market landscapes and figure out the right partners to engage with. These can be distribution, monetization or additional functionality partners. It is up to you how you want to grow the ecosystem and delight our customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or principal-level role with cross-functional scope
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required; the role operates within a global, English-language organization. Speaking Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record working on customer facing products at a fast-growing consumer technology company
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools and a builder's mindset — you've prototyped with AI, not just used it.
  • Ability to cut through noise and focus on what matters
  • Familiarity with International markets or at least customer empathy for all customers regardless of their location
  • Experience driving alignment across large, matrixed engineering organizations on initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort utilizing quantitative data and other signals to define what good looks like and hold the bar there
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business priorities for diverse audiences
  • High degree of ownership and bias for action; you don’t wait to be asked, you identify the problem and mobilize the right people to solve it
  • Well-versed and opinionated on the intersection of consumer technology and our core value propositions of safety and coordination.
  • Comfort with regular travel across Latin America, with occasional trips to the US and UK approximately three times per year
  • Experience with large-scale mobile or consumer applications serving hundreds of millions of users is a strong plus
  • Experience adapting products and experiences for local market fit including leading internationalization and localization initiatives

Our Benefits

  • Medical and dental insurance (100% paid for employees)
  • Industry leading compensation including base salary and equity
  • Flexible PTO, plus paid sick leave and parental leave
  • Winter and Summer companywide synchronized shutdown weeks
  • Life insurance through Prudential, including coverage for death, accidental death, total or partial disability, and serious illness
  • Global business travel insurance through AIG, including medical emergency and repatriation
  • Swile meal card loaded with BRL 800 per month, accepted at most restaurants across Brazil
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote setup
  • Learning and development programs
  • Free Life360 Platinum Membership for your preferred circle
  • Free Tile products

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
