This is a pivotal role in delivering projects and developing strategies that provide top quality support to leading pharmaceutical executives, therefore the role has a high level of responsibility and you would need to be highly committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for both projects and clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Understanding and delivering the clients strategic needs, beyond immediate projects
  2. Managing day to day interactions with client teams, taking a lead role in project discussions and presentations to clients
  3. Building strong client relationships while ensuring projects profitability
  4. Contributing to account planning processes and client proposals preparation
  5. Assigning and managing team work, providing support and oversight with project deliverables i.e. identifying issues, forming hypothesis, designing & conducting analyses, synthesising conclusions into recommendations and helping with final reports
  6. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in accordance with the project plans, quality control practices and agreed deliverables
  7. Management of specific Junior Business Analysts, ensuring they have clear objectives, development plans, mentoring & support to grow and develop
  8. Anticipated travel at 30% of job requirement. 

Key Skills/Personal Qualities: 

Technical Skills:

  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  2. Practical knowledge of at least one of our practice areas e.g. market research, competitive intelligence or market access, pricing and reimbursement
  3. Previously held a project management role
  4. Masters or higher degree (PhD, MBA) in a life science subject from a leading university and/or relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare or consulting.
  5. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  6. Foreign language skills are preferred
