The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who combines commercial judgment, execution discipline, and a passion for developing talent. Your goal is to build and lead a high-performing team that influences customers’ contingent workforce strategies and drives measurable growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, setting clear performance expectations and holding the team accountable to high-quality execution and results
  • Own team revenue, expansion, retention, and forecast accuracy across the team’s book of business
  • Ensure a disciplined, repeatable pipeline and deal management motion by regularly inspecting pipeline health, deal quality, and close plans, and intervening in at-risk situations
  • Coach Account Managers through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and feedback, providing actionable guidance on account strategy, prioritization, and deal execution
  • Develop individualized growth plans aligned to role competencies and career progression; address performance issues directly and in a timely manner
  • Act as an executive sponsor on strategic or escalated accounts to unblock progress and support complex deal execution
  • Leverage data to manage the business, anticipate risk, and continuously improve execution standards and operational rigor
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Talent and Delivery teams, Sales Operations, and Product to deliver consistent, high-quality customer outcomes
  • Exercise strong judgment, customer-centricity, critical thinking, and a bias for action

What It Takes to Catch Our Eye

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing quota-carrying Account Management, Sales, and/or Account Executive teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with strong commercial judgment and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams that operate as trusted advisors to enterprise customers
  • Experience in staffing, contingent workforce, VMS/MSP, HR tech, or talent acquisition industries strongly preferred; experience with SaaS and consumption-based business models a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong data-driven problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and anticipates challenges before they arise
  • High sense of ownership, resilience, and bias for action—you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and driving outcomes
  • Equally comfortable setting long-term strategy and diving into the details to resolve complex issues or fix broken processes

Lift Your Career. Shape the Future of Work

Our Mission: Unify contingent work. Elevate how it gets done. This isn’t just a promise to clients, it’s how we work at Lifted. Every feature we build, every client interaction we have, and every team decision we make is a chance to reduce fragmentation and set a new standard for efficiency, quality, and impact. We’re not just building technology, we’re building the new standard for how enterprise companies engage talent.

This is the right place for you if you are motivated by ambitious goals, ready to do what it takes to win, boldly curious in asking questions and exploring better ways forward, and dedicated to following through on your commitments. You’ll thrive here if you raise the bar for yourself and others, collaborate across teams, and help others succeed so we can achieve our shared mission.

This may not be the right place for you if you’re uncomfortable with constructive feedback, prefer rigid structure, shy away from high expectations and accountability, or find it difficult to adapt in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

We operate with the agility of a startup and the impact of a global enterprise. Our values — trust, innovation, curiosity, excellence, and ownership — guide how we work and fuel the culture we’re building together. And while our mission is big, growth here is both company-wide and personal, creating opportunities to learn fast, take ownership, and build a career that helps shape the future of work.

We’re proud to offer benefits that go beyond the basics, including comprehensive medical coverage for you and your family, unlimited PTO, a 401(k) plan with matching, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
