Lifted is hiring a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and scale our contingent workforce enterprise sales motion while directly driving net-new revenue.
This is a senior player/coach role. You will carry a personal quota, lead complex enterprise deals end-to-end, and build a repeatable engine for landing new logos. You are expected to lead from the front, closing business while defining how Lifted sells into large enterprise accounts. You will build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team, turning early wins into a repeatable, scalable engine.
What You’ll Do
New Logo Acquisition
- Build pipeline and land new enterprise logos (via direct sales / RFIs & RFPs)
- Own the full sales cycle through close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Lead discovery across workforce strategy, compliance, procurement, and technology
- Develop deal strategy and commercial proposals
Build the Enterprise Sales Playbook
- Define and refine Lifted’s enterprise sales playbook
- Shape ICP, messaging, and positioning based on real deal experience
- Establish repeatable processes for pipeline generation, deal execution, and conversion
- Partner cross-functionally to improve how Lifted sells and delivers
Player / Coach Leadership
- Carry an individual quota while supporting team performance
- Hire, coach, and develop a small team of enterprise sellers
- Step into high-value or at-risk deals to drive outcomes
- Set the standard for execution, pipeline discipline, and deal quality
Market and Deal Expertise
- Operate as a credible expert in contingent workforce models, compliance, and enterprise buying dynamics
- Navigate complex procurement processes, RFPs, and executive-level negotiations
- Translate market trends into stronger positioning and deal strategy
This role is for you if
- You are motivated by both closing deals and building the sales organization from the ground up
- You are comfortable carrying a quota while leading others
- You prefer defining the playbook over following one
- You operate with high ownership and are comfortable in ambiguous environments
- You have built or scaled a team, motion, or market
This role is not for you if
- You prefer managing a team without carrying a quota
- You rely on established processes rather than building new ones
- You are more comfortable optimizing than creating
- You are uncomfortable leading in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
What It Takes to Catch Our Eye
- 10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, or procurement tech, with direct experience selling into enterprise workforce or talent programs
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals and consistently land new logos
- Experience building, hiring, or scaling enterprise sales teams or motions
- Deep knowledge of Contingent Workforce, Staffing, IC, AOR, EOR, MSP, VMS, and compliance frameworks
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate C-level conversations
- High ownership, strong pipeline discipline, and consistent follow-through

Our Mission: Unify contingent work. Elevate how it gets done. This isn’t just a promise to clients, it’s how we work at Lifted. Every feature we build, every client interaction we have, and every team decision we make is a chance to reduce fragmentation and set a new standard for efficiency, quality, and impact. We’re not just building technology, we’re building the new standard for how enterprise companies engage talent.
This is the right place for you if you are motivated by ambitious goals, ready to do what it takes to win, boldly curious in asking questions and exploring better ways forward, and dedicated to following through on your commitments. You’ll thrive here if you raise the bar for yourself and others, collaborate across teams, and help others succeed so we can achieve our shared mission.
This may not be the right place for you if you’re uncomfortable with constructive feedback, prefer rigid structure, shy away from high expectations and accountability, or find it difficult to adapt in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
We operate with the agility of a startup and the impact of a global enterprise. Our values — trust, innovation, curiosity, excellence, and ownership — guide how we work and fuel the culture we’re building together. We’re proud to offer benefits that go beyond the basics, including comprehensive medical coverage for you and your family, unlimited PTO, a 401(k) plan with matching, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
