The Director, Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects will work directly with the GM on high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across Lifted. This role operates across all business functions. Projects can span teams, workflows, or business areas where solving problems can materially drive growth or improve efficiency. You will operate without full information, make decisions decisively, and take full ownership of the outcomes (good and bad). 

A core focus: AI is a key lever in this role. You have a proven track record of applying AI to solve business challenges, identifying high-impact opportunities, and delivering measurable results.

• Turn ambiguity into structured execution
• Move quickly with minimal guidance
• Challenge assumptions and engage in hard debate

• Ensure every initiative meaningfully leverages AI  to improve how we operate and grow

What This Requires

• High say–do ratio
• Comfort making decisions with <50% of the information and willingness to take full ownership of outcomes (good and bad)
• Tolerance for risk and direct feedback
• Ability to hold multiple competing truths at once
• Instinct to look for Option C when presented with A or B
• Obsession with AI and its business applications
