Allied Coordinator

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Support the Allied Department Manager and Project Managers as well as technicians throughout the install/sale process through organizing, contacting, and scheduling
•    Request vendor quotes and write quotes for house account customers
•    Receive, process, and review customer invoices
•    Process Allied payroll time cards
•    Maintain warehouse inventory and monitor distribution
•    Coordinate customer contact, installation, shipment/delivery, and equipment rental

Other Duties:

•    Review Work in Progress (WIP) Report weekly with Inside Sales, Allied Manager, and Controller
•    Set up shipment and installation schedule
•    Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, payment, and other issues
•    Inform accounting, track and control job costs and margins, and attend budget meetings

Requirements

•    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
•    Familiarity with Soft Base system
             Ability to compile work orders, invoice, and manage software with the program
•    Proficiency with AutoCAD
             Create drawings, check counts, dimensions
•    Proficiency with IKE Editor
              Ability to edit counts and part numbers
•    Proficiency with Access
•    PDF manipulation
•    Outlook
•    Strong verbal and written communications abilities
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Ability to manage scheduling and multiple accounts
