Overview:
Entry/Mid-Level Project Managers support cross-functional teams on facility, capital, and technical projects. They gain hands-on experience with integrated planning, EVMS, and nuclear project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and maintenance of integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist with EVMS performance tracking/reporting (CPI, SPI, etc.) and baseline management.
- Help manage risks, issues, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and other teams.
- Contribute to documentation, reviews, stakeholder communications, and PMO process improvement.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Nuclear Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–5 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops in engineering, construction, or energy strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with P6 or MS Project and basic EVMS concepts.
- Strong communication, organization, analytical, and learning agility skills.
- Interest in nuclear energy and capital projects.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.
- An interest in R&D environments with the ability to understand and translate technical information to simple tasks in a project schedule.
