Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the organization's workforce needs and growth objectives. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, partners with hiring managers to identify talent needs, delivers exceptional candidate experience, and helps build talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews to ensure an efficient and effective selection process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Promote the organization's employer brand through candidate interactions and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Support university recruiting, internship programs, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across various functions and levels.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, defense, or other specialized roles.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting campus recruiting, internship, or early-career hiring programs.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and talent analytics.
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting tools.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or similar.
