Detox LPN
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Lighthouse Residential Treatment
Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and the Nurse Manager - Residential Withdrawal Management (RWM) as part of an interdisciplinary team ensuring the provision of safe and high-quality client care. The LPN identifies the need for medical attention and alerts the RN and/or medical provider of concerns. This position reports to the Nursing Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assists the RN as part of the admission process and provides nursing care throughout the client’s stay
Executes orders from the medical providers and tasks assigned by the RN, including medication administration, obtaining vitals, and utilizing validated withdrawal assessment tools, documenting all care in the electronic client record (ECR)
Performs point-of-care testing, including obtaining urine specimens, and arranges transport to the lab as ordered.
Oversees and maintains medication records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Ensures client care by providing support to the interdisciplinary team as needed, which includes coordinating care with outside providers and discharge planning.
Performs client teaching regarding medication, medical conditions, and healthful behaviors to enhance the client’s health and well-being.
Maintains a comfortable, orderly, safe, and clean environment for clients.
Completes all agency-required training and continuing education required for license.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Certifications:
Valid and current state LPN license
1 year experience as an LPN
Knowledge of psychiatric medications, their indications, common side effects, and common medication interactions
Knowledge of federal, state, and other applicable standards for clinical practice in assigned area(s)
Must pass BCI check, all corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen
Desired Experience/Certifications:
Psychiatric or addiction nursing experience preferred
Previous experience as an LPN in a behavioral health setting
Schedule: Full time, 1st shift 7am - 7:30pm

Clinical Supervisor
Position: Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary: The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care by providing supervision, guidance, and support to licensed therapists, social workers, and clinical support staff. This role promotes clinical excellence, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and supports the professional development of the clinical team to improve client outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day oversight to licensed professionals and behavioral health staff within assigned programs or locations
Ensure adherence to treatment models, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, state licensure standards, and accreditation bodies
Conduct regular chart reviews, case consultations, and clinical audits to ensure effective, ethical, and evidence-based service delivery
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinical staff to promote professional growth and high-quality care
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical team members
Monitor clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators; work with staff to implement action plans when needed
Collaborate with program leadership and quality improvement teams to address service delivery challenges and enhance client engagement
Assist in crisis intervention and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases
Stay current on behavioral health trends, best practices, and licensure requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
Travel required (up to 50%, depending on location)
Primarily on-site at assigned treatment center(s).
May include occasional travel for training, meetings, or coverage needs.
Some evening or weekend hours may be required based on program needs.
Required Experience/Abilities:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field required
Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience
Active independent clinical license in good standing
Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance
Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen
Desired Experience/Abilities:
Expertise in behavioral health interventions, trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and co-occurring disorders
3 years in a supervisory or management role within a behavioral health setting
Proficient in EHR systems and clinical documentation

Position: Advanced Practice Provider
Job Summary: To ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with medical regulations, and the efficient functioning of the medical department; providing medical care, performing various clinical tasks, and assisting in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. This position reports to the Clinical Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee the delivery of medical services provided to clients.
Provide SUD and behavioral health admission assessments and addressing medical conditions within scope.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health conditions, including gathering medical histories, performing mental status exams, and reviewing diagnostic tests.
Formulate accurate psychiatric diagnoses based on assessment findings and established diagnostic criteria.
Complete medical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide medication-assisted treatment for clients with substance use disorder.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their unique needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
Offer crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress.
Conduct follow-up appointments as needed to track improvements and address any concerns.
Maintain good working relationships with support networks, government resources, and community resources.
Collaborate across Medical Services team to provide consistent, quality care.
May provide supervision and guidance to other nursing or ancillary staff.
Required Experience/Certifications:
Valid and current state APRN, CNP or PA license
Certification as a Psychiatric/ Mental Health APP or Family/Adult APP with 2 years of MH experience
Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and insurance
Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen
Desired Experience/Certifications:
CARN-AP certification preferred
1 year of experience with MAT
Experience treating psychiatric disorders
