What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Product Manager to contribute to the development of user-focused tools aimed at removing barriers to AI. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to actively participate in envisioning, designing, and delivering state-of-the-art enterprise machine learning tools and services in an agile environment.

With your enthusiasm for learning and your interest in product management, you will play a key role in supporting the creation of groundbreaking technology that will shape the future of the machine-learning ecosystem.

You will be joining the Product Team and report to our COO, Priya Shivakumar. This is a hybrid role based in our New York City or Palo Alto office with in-office requirements of 2 days per week. The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000. 

What You’ll Do

  • Driving execution of 0-to-1 features and incremental enhancements, alike, by leading an engineering team to deliver on those goals. 
  • “Learning to see” so that you can design intuitive user flows and coach an engineering team to ship higher quality products faster and drive adoption that remains in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Serving as a bridge between engineering and design in order to unblock the design and development of comprehensive user flows
  • Integrating yourself with our customers and community to facilitate getting feedback on the features on the roadmap that addresses user needs and aligns with business objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and ops to support product development efforts.
  • Identify opportunities through user research, validate product assumptions, and assessing potential risks using a data-driven approach.
  • Drive prioritizing feedback from internal, enterprise and community customers to ensure we’re always working on the most important thing
  • Assist in establishing, monitoring, and measuring key metrics to evaluate product success.
  • Work closely with our enterprise customers to support them when facing issues and in driving adoption of the product areas that you own

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of product management experience or related field, 2+ years experience with cloud products/services
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity. Able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Passion and ability to decompose complex problem areas, strong analytical skills, and customer-focused mindset
  • Proven track record of successfully taking a product from concept to launch, with the ability to identify problems early and implement creative, effective solutions as well as scaling beyond V1
  • A sincere curiosity for the AI/ML space that enable you to go deep into the technical subject matter in order to better understand our customers and their challenges 
  • A keen eye for design with a desire to build and design high-quality products that both work well and feel delightful 
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and improve by actively seeking and applying feedback from peers, leaders, and customers. Able to adjust approaches based on constructive criticism to drive personal and team growth.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts and able to work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and address technical challenges. Direct experience with model training and inference is a plus.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
