
Systems Administrator

As a Systems Administrator, you will support the administration, maintenance, and security of our corporate cloud systems. You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure virtual machines, and Linux-based systems, ensuring reliable performance and compliance across all platforms. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your cloud administration skills while contributing to critical infrastructure projects.
What you’ll do:
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage and maintain a fully cloud-based M365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Implement and enforce security policies, retention rules, and compliance configurations.
Endpoint Management with Intune
- Configure device policies, deploy applications, and support conditional access using Microsoft Intune.
- Assist with Windows and mobile device lifecycle management.
Identity & Access Management
- Support Entra ID (Azure AD) administration including user provisioning, role-based access control, and multi-factor authentication.
- Monitor identity-related security alerts and assist with incident response.
Azure Infrastructure
- Support the deployment and maintenance of Azure Virtual Machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
- Assist with performance monitoring and resource optimization initiatives.
Linux Systems Administration
- Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to support Linux systems for development and production environments.
- Assist in managing Linux servers used for internal tools and development environments.
- Perform routine patching, basic scripting tasks, and system maintenance.
Security & Compliance
- Support security teams in implementing cloud security best practices and data protection measures.
- Assist with regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
Automation & Scripting
- Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts for system automation and reporting.
- Support infrastructure automation initiatives.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with other teams to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support to help desk and junior administrators.
What you should have:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration with exposure to cloud technologies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure.
- Basic proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Understanding of cloud security principles and compliance standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
- CompTIA Linux+ or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
