Senior Product Manager (Merchant Success)
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋
Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!
We are looking to add a Senior Product Manager to our Ecommerce product team, to set the strategic direction and lead the design and launch of a new set of tools that provide retailers the tools to attract visitors and make customers return, so they sell more, both in-store and online. By offering them out of the box marketing solutions and sales channel integrations, our customers become leading brands who beat their competitors.
We need someone that is highly motivated, creative, and not afraid to push past the status-quo. You determine (and defend) what will make the biggest impact and gets prioritized. If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on a global scale, then this is the position for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives
- Constantly prioritizing the team’s backlog of work
- Creating easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members
- Driving implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap
- Gathering insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction
- Contributing and evaluating new product concepts for consideration in future roadmap plans
- Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches
- Defining and reporting on product success
- Clearly communicating the value delivery to different audiences
- Building trusted relationship and stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Becoming the Product SME for the product offerings you own
What you need to bring:
Successful candidates must have:
- Proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale
- Bachelor’s degree in computing science or a similar field
- Expertise in product management and product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
- Proficiency in leading and managing cross-team projects and goals
- Ability to lead discovery, solutioning and alignment conversations
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping
- Experience with market research tools and techniques
- English at C1 level or higher
Even better if you have:
- Retail and ecommerce industry experience
- Ability to create and execute product strategies and strategic vision
We know that people are more than what’s on their CV. If you’re unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the ‘Apply’ button and give it a try!
