You’ll work closely with senior leaders and Go-To-Market teams to drive growth through analysis, forecasting, and process improvements. In this role, you’ll streamline processes, ensure data accuracy through data cleansing and segmentation, and help manage project documentation, task tracking, and meeting coordination. We’re looking for a problem-solver with a process improvement mindset, a strong interest in analytics, and a natural curiosity. What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to optimize sales processes by identifying and removing bottlenecks.
- Keep Revenue Operations policies, procedures, and project updates well-documented, ensuring all team members have access to the most current information.
- Provide support for cross-functional projects by managing project documentation, tracking tasks, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain the accuracy and consistency of internal customer-facing data through regular data cleansing, segmentation, and alignment, while driving improvements in processes and workflows.
- Create and oversee key reports, respond to ad hoc Salesforce list requests, and assist analysts with reporting needs.
- Contribute to the administration of Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools, and help prioritize related projects.
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- A solid understanding of sales processes and operations within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and other revenue-related tools (experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a plus, but not required).
- Comfortable working with data analytics, from interpreting reports to developing actionable insights.
- Enthusiasm for improving revenue operations in a rapidly growing company.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of thinking strategically while managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a knack for organization, both in technical and non-technical areas.
