We’re looking for a skilled Senior Designer to join our creative team in Melbourne. In this role you will be a key player in shaping our brand's vision. What you’ll be doing:
Conceptual Leadership
- Guide the creative direction of campaigns, balancing logistics, budgets, and constraints.
- Respond to briefs with innovative, strategic solutions.
- Create wireframes to communicate your design concepts.
Design Expertise
- Create adaptive designs aligned with diverse brands and audiences.
- Conduct analyses to refine strategies and enhance design systems, delivering high-quality, ready-to-present concepts.
Technical Proficiency
- Create accurate, high-quality work that meets industry standards, using deep product knowledge to deliver the best results.
- Maintain organised project files to support efficient workflows.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with teams and vendors to create unified ideas and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Foster a collaborative, positive team culture while driving improvements.
- Determine goals and objectives of design briefs and provide feedback and guidance to stakeholders.
And a little bit of…
- Conducting user research and user interviews to uncover insights and contribute to briefs.
- Managing and lead photo and video production.
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Extensive design experience, specialising in marketing and branding for SaaS or tech companies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other similar design tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating diverse marketing design work across various platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout fundamentals.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and analytics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design concepts.
- Previous experience in motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design principles is a bonus

Please note that the salary range for this role is AUD $85,000 - $95,000.
