Hi there! Thanks for stopping by đź‘‹

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Senior IAM Business Analyst who will work within the IT team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and regulatory compliance knowledge to help ensure the right access to the right tools for our teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • IAM Program Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of Lightspeeds first IAM program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security requirements.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the IAM strategy, governance frameworks, policies, and objectives, tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the external vendors responsible for deploying the IAM strategy and tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements and seamless communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business units, IT teams, and the external vendor to gather requirements, understand workflows, and ensure the IAM program meets the organization’s goals.
  • Process Design: Design foundational IAM processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC), to establish a scalable and secure access management framework in collaboration with the vendor.
  • Documentation and Communication: Develop comprehensive documentation for IAM policies, processes, and workflows.
  • Audit and Compliance: Partner with compliance and security teams to ensure the IAM program meets regulatory and organizational requirements, preparing the organization for future audits.
  • Training and Change Management: Lead workshops and create training materials to promote awareness and adoption of IAM policies and processes throughout the organization.
  • Program Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics to track the progress and success of the IAM program. Regularly report on milestones, challenges, and areas for improvement.

What you need to bring:

  • Business Analysis Expertise:
    • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and translating them into IAM solutions, including RBAC.
  • IAM and Business Process Integration:
    • Proficient with leading IAM solutions (Okta, OneLogin, Saviynt, SailPoint) and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Compliance and Audit Readiness:
    • Experience with IT audits and regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOX.
  • Frameworks and Methodologies:
    • Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application in IT service management. Experience with IGA and PAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity).

Interpersonal and Communication:
