As our Partner Implementation Trainer, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping the training experience for our Implementation Partners across EMEA. This role is not just about delivering training—it’s about strategically evolving our learning methods, creating dynamic training materials, and ensuring that our partners can deliver exceptional services for our Restaurant POS and Payments solutions.

You’ll be at the heart of our training strategy, responsible for developing content that evolves with the product, creating effective learning models, and ensuring that our partners are equipped to meet the growing demands of the industry.

What you'll be responsible for:

Develop and Optimize Training Content

  • Review existing training materials and anticipate the need for new content, especially with the release of new features and product updates.
  • Take a strategic approach to creating live and self-paced training modules, incorporating various learning methods (e.g., online assessments, simulations, role-playing) to keep training engaging and impactful.

Create Scalable Training Programs

  • Design and implement structured training programs that align with the business’s goals and standards, ensuring partners are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build role-specific certification programs that empower partner teams to start delivering value immediately.

Drive Upskilling and Continuous Learning

  • Lead ongoing upskilling initiatives, ensuring partners remain aligned with updated product features, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
  • Develop bootcamps, cohort-based training, and one-on-one sessions to support partners' continued growth and success.

Facilitate Engaging and Strategic Training

  • Conduct dynamic group workshops and virtual training sessions, adjusting delivery methods to match diverse learning styles and team needs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to ensure deep understanding and successful implementation.

Measure Training Effectiveness and Impact

  • Track key metrics like knowledge retention, certification success rates, and real-world implementation quality.
  • Gather insights and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, Implementation Leaders, and Partner Management teams to ensure that training content aligns with both current needs and future goals.
  • Engage in regular feedback loops to refine materials and adapt to evolving market and customer demands.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proven expertise in training, coaching, or learning and development, with a focus on technical or implementation services.
  • Experience working with B2B partners, resellers, or third-party service providers, especially in a complex, fast-evolving environment.
  • A solid understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and payment solutions (a major advantage!).
  • strategic mindset for developing training content that scales with new product releases and business growth.
  • Strong skills in creating engaging, practical training materials, including simulations, assessments, and interactive learning formats.
  • A data-driven approach to measuring the success of training initiatives and adjusting strategies to improve outcomes.
  • The ability to tailor your communication and training delivery to diverse audiences, from group workshops to individual coaching sessions.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German, French, or Dutch is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region to deliver in-person training sessions and provide on-site support to partners.

What’s in it for you?

  • Shape the future of partner training in a high-growth sector and play a key role in scaling our business.
  • Work in an environment that values initiative, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate with a talented and passionate team dedicated to excellence and continuous learning.
