We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our APAC Hospitality Product & Technology team. You will lead the design of exceptional UX experiences for our hospitality clients that drive both customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll tackle complex, interconnected problems across our ecosystem while setting UX direction that empowers your team with clarity and purpose. You'll build trust-based relationships across disciplines and leverage diverse perspectives to improve how your team delivers impactful work.
This role is a fixed-term contract.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead high-level project work with autonomy and authority, facilitating design workshops to deliver optimal solutions aligned with business goals
- System Design: Create holistic systems, flows, and interfaces that are intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly for hospitality clients
- Problem Solving: Transform ambiguous concepts into clear, impactful solutions that delight users and drive business outcomes
- Design System Excellence: Leverage and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency while continuously improving our visual language
- Research-Driven Approach: Draw actionable insights from research and data to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across product, engineering, and marketing teams while advocating for user-centered design
- Mentorship: Serve as a positive role model for junior designers and promote design thinking throughout the organization
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a Senior candidate who has experience with the following:
- 5+ years experience designing, documenting, and releasing software products, with significant focus on B2B SaaS solutions for web and mobile applications
- Proven experience designing software for the hospitality industry or other complex service businesses
- Expert proficiency in Figma with demonstrated ability to maintain organized, well-documented design files
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work with measurable business impact
- Experience applying systems thinking to complex product ecosystems
- Advanced communication skills with ability to present design work effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience conducting various UX research methodologies and translating insights into design solutions
- Proficiency with collaborative tools including Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace
