We’re looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our team in Manila. You will support our Marketing team in delivering key initiatives and creative projects. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing marketing briefs to life, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the creative process—from brief to production—while supporting integrated schedules, workflows, and resource planning. Along the way, you’ll also contribute to process improvements, manage administrative tasks, and support special projects that drive better project delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your project management skills, collaborate with senior team members, and make a meaningful impact on how marketing campaigns are executed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project Coordination & Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives, working closely with senior project managers to manage project briefs, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Workflow Management: Oversee project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring creative assets are reviewed and approved, and documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between marketing stakeholders and creative/production teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring stakeholder feedback is captured and implemented
  • Process & Operational Support: Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes, maintain project management tools, and manage administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and file organization

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing operations
  • Proven experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in creative services, agency operations, or content production workflows is a bonus, but not needed

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
