If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to join our team in Manila. 

As a Growth Operations Specialist, you will help boost sales performance at Lightspeed. In this role, you’ll use data and AI tools to review sales calls, analyze our sales teams' behaviours, score and improve leads, and track how well our outreach is performing. The ideal candidate for this role has a data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience with CRM and analytics tools. We're looking for someone who is skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, familiar with lead enrichment and AI tools, and able to turn sales and marketing data into clear, actionable insights.

What you’ll be doing:

• Review and analyze sales calls using tools like Gong and Salesforce to spot trends and coaching opportunities
• Track Sales Development Representative and Account Executive's activities (like response times and follow-ups) to improve team performance
• Build and enrich lead lists using tools like Clay, and use AI tools to generate and prioritize new leads
• Develop and improve lead scoring models to boost conversion rates
• Monitor which sales cadences work best across different regions, channels, and customer types
• Create simple, actionable reports and dashboards to share insights with the Growth and Revenue Ops teams

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or revenue operations analyst/specialist role
• Proven skills with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, or similar
• Hands-on experience with call auditing platforms (e.g., Gong) and lead enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
• Ability to translate sales and marketing data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong data management and analysis skills in Google Sheets or Excel
• Familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Relevance AI) for lead generation and process optimization

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
