If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Operations Specialist (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. 

In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and quality of key business processes, making sure they meet company standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining clean, reliable CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data and supporting our Sales and Customer teams to get customers up and running with Lightspeed quickly and smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong understanding of key role-related concepts, with the ability to apply them to resolve inquiries independently, as well as good awareness of how different teams operate, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve requests effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Review closed deals to ensure compliance with Legal, Finance, Information Systems, and SOX requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales team members on deal-related questions.
  • Maintain high data accuracy and process integrity within CRM systems.
  • Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, and payments.
  • Process corrections in the CRM as needed, including subscription refunds, pricing adjustments, and invoice tax corrections.
  • Complete general administrative tasks to support internal stakeholders.
  • Support additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Work across tools including Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, electronic payment platforms, and internal software systems.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative function.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy of customer related data.
  • Good time management, multitasking, flexibility and organization skills.
