We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Transformation to join our Business Transformation team in North America. You will own and drive cross-functional initiatives that support company-wide execution, operational excellence, and scalable growth.
This role partners closely with Product & Technology, Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, and People teams to define problems, gather requirements, and run programs from intake through delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, thrives in ambiguity, and is energized by turning complex, cross-functional problems into structured, executable plans.
What you’ll be doing:
- Document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and synthesis of business, operational, and technical needs
- Support multiple cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from intake and scoping through execution and post-launch review
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Build and maintain program plans, timelines, decision logs, and risk tracking to ensure initiatives stay on track
- Proactively identify blockers, surface tradeoffs, and drive resolution across teams
- Analyze existing workflows, tools, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and execution gaps
- Design scalable, repeatable solutions that improve speed, clarity, and cross-team alignment
- Create clear, structured documentation including process maps, requirements documents, SOPs, and enablement materials
What you need to bring:
- Experience owning and driving cross-functional initiatives or programs end-to-end
- Strong ability to gather, document, and synthesize requirements from diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated success analyzing processes and driving operational improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you make complex ideas clear and actionable
- As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure where none exists

At Lightspeed, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skill set, qualifications, experience, and market data. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We reasonably expect the total compensation for this position to be in the range of $84,000 - 100,000 CAD. Lightspeed also provides a variety of employee benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, wellness, life and disability insurance, RRSP plan and match, paid parental leave top-up, and paid time off.
