We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a fast-growing publicly traded technology company specializing in Point-of-Sale (POS) and payment solutions.

This role will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior executives in public companies, demonstrates exceptional judgment, and is comfortable working with confidential financial, investor, and board-related materials.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the CFO’s complex calendar, including internal leadership meetings, board meetings, investor engagements, and personal items.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Screen and prioritize communications on behalf of the CFO.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, earnings preparation sessions, and investor-related activities.
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling and preparation related to quarterly earnings cycles, reporting deadlines, and financial planning activities.
  • Track key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across finance leadership.
  • Maintain organized document management systems and executive files.
  • Screen inbox and prioritize communications on behalf of the CFO.
  • Support special projects led by the CFO (e.g., acquisitions, strategic initiatives, finance transformation).
  • Coordinate meetings across executive leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Improve administrative processes and workflows to increase efficiency for the finance organization.

What you need to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in finance or technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting executives in a public company environment or highly regulated industry.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar management tools).
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

And a little bit of…

  • Experience supporting a CFO or finance leadership team.
  • Familiarity with earnings cycles, board governance processes, and investor relations workflows.
  • Experience in technology, fintech, SaaS, or POS/payments industries.
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, Concur, or similar enterprise platforms.
