If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Motion Designer (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. 

As a Motion Designer on Lightspeed’s global brand team, you’ll play a key role in building a strong and consistent brand through compelling visual storytelling. You’ll support campaign execution and deliver creative assets across multiple channels, helping bring ideas to life that engage and inspire audiences. Your work will contribute directly to positioning Lightspeed as a leading global commerce platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Producing engaging, original video content according to specifications for social media, television, advertisements, brand videos, product demos, company reels, events, promotions and more
• Supporting our in-house creative team, from creating animation and motion graphics to selecting audio, correcting color and editing existing footage
• Maximizing the impact of our content by resizing and editing videos for multiple channels and platforms
• Preparing storyboards outlining your projects from concept to completion
• Ensuring brand consistency through motion and maintaining our high-quality standards for output
• Collaborating with content and other key contributors to develop and execute ideas  
• Taking part in brainstorming sessions with the team on a variety of creative opportunities

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and high-quality work
• Prior experience in motion design or a similar field
• A positive, collaborative “yes and” approach to the creative process
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong design sensibility with an interest in current trends
• High level of proficiency in English

Our hiring process is very straightforward. The whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
